Nordwest Assekuranzmakler GmbH & Co. KG (NW Assekuranz) introduces the first German policy terms and conditions for permit challenge insurance. Over the past twelve months, they have developed this insurance solution for the German market in cooperation with MX Underwriting Europe, and now exclusively offer permit challenge insurance on the basis of German terms and conditions to their customers in the German market. Projects undertaken by German project developers abroad (in certain countries) can also be insured. This insurance gives project developers, banks, and investors additional security in order to allow them to start putting their projects into practice.
