Many companies are still uncertain about how to deal  with the threat of cyber risks, or even cyber attacks that have already occurred. On 6 June, the insurance experts of Lampe & Schwartze KG from Bremen and Nordwest Assekuranzmakler GmbH & Co. KG (NW Assekuranz) discussed the present risk situation, application-oriented approaches and experiences with numerous entrepreneurs and IT specialists at the Bremen Chamber of Commerce.

Achim Fischer-Erdsiek, Managing Director of NW Assekuranz, presented the "360° Cyber Analysis", which makes it possible to determine the digital exposures in a company. Matthias Böhm, Managing Director of NW Assekuranz, adds: "Prevention and immediate access to highly specialised service providers in the field of IT security and IT forensics is a key element of our consulting approach in order to be able to react quickly in a crisis."

The two guest speakers Nicolas Christoph of Koehler Renewable Energy GmbH and Sebastian Horzela of CIPHRON GmbH offered deeper insight into the entrepreneurial practice. The participants were given interesting insights into ways to recognise and manage IT risks within their company, where to find the critical points of attacks, and how to recognise and manage other cyber risks early on.
